Interbay Urban Center is your neighborhood shopping and community center. We are conveniently located between the hills of Magnolia and Queen Anne on 15th Avenue West in the heart of Seattle. Whether you live in Ballard or Magnolia, we’re on your way to work or activities in town.

Interbay Urban Center is committed to being involved in our community. Our IUC events program is dedicated to serving the growing Interbay neighborhood. We also sponsor local community groups and open our doors for community gatherings.
